The Pharma 5 Watch Guide!

Best Time To Watch:

When you’re done with all of your responsibilities: Mow the lawn, put the children to sleep, shower, and don’t forget to use the bathroom before pressing PLAY because once you start this Drama, there is NO pausing! And you will not want ANY interruptions!

Prescribed For:

The Grown and Sexy! Just kidding… but not really. Mature viewership is advised because this is not the fairytale, holding hands, kdramas that you’re used to.

Love And Romance:

I would classify this series as sexy, more than I would as romantic. It’s full of passion, pity, and a whole lot of angst. Passionate angst, of course ;-)

Classic Clichés:

Not the classic clichés that you’re used to. In fact, the drama is very unpredictable, and thrilling, and that’s what keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Addiction Level:

4 Pills! You can’t stop watching, I mean it. Work? What’s that? I’m staying home today. Yup, that addictive. You’ve been WARNED!

The LONG PILL:

This story wastes no time getting down to the nitty-gritty. The show starts off with a boom and continues the entire way through. Without giving up any spoilers, I would say that this show follows the natural instincts of a person who suspects that things in the relationship might have changed. We go on a ride, or a hunt for clues, along with the main character, to find out who did what, and try to unravel what’s lies and what’s truth. This drama is based off of the UK, BBC One, acclaimed hit, Doctor Foster, about a wife who suspects her husband of having an affair and unravels as she gets to the bottom of it. But in true Korean Drama form, they will take a show and make it its own… so much so that you will not acknowledge that another version even exists.
Sometimes it may anger you to see the adversarial roles winning, but such is the rollercoaster ride of a K-drama. You have to take the bad with the good, until it makes sense in the end. If you feel it even makes sense at all. But nonetheless… it’s emotional.

HAVE YOU HAD A "CLASSICS" CHECK-UP YET?

Short Pill: Don't pass this by! It is VERY funny. The virgin ghost who takes over a body is as funny as the body who gets possessed. Great job by both!

Short Pill: Who says the best years of your life are before your Fifties? Or that your Golden years are reserved just to wait and die comfortably? These friends are just getting started and have declared the best times ahead of them. But why take that wild journey alone, when you can ride it out in laughter and love, with your 'Dear' friends?

Short Pill: When you're raised on a field of darkness, and seeded with thoughts of hate, can anything good come of your garden? Or are you just destined to be a Flower of Evil? Hopefully we can all be regrafted when the right Gardener comes along to help to cultivate our needs.

Short Pill: What if you could do it all again? Go back to the moment of the most important decision of your life, and choose again? And if choosing a new path means giving up everything you have now and cherish, would you take a chance to be great again? Or at least 18!?
